  • Fat-free Refried Beans
  • Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • Frozen Berries
  • Olive Oil
  • Natural Sweeteners (I like Truvia)
  • Whole Wheat Pasta
  • Reduced Fat Cheese
  • Brown Rice
  • Sea Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
