I’m a slacker.

I failed to update you on yesterday’s eatin so here’s the short, simplified version.  It looked somethin like this:

5 second lunch break looked like…

(Almond butter and jelly wrap) annnnnd…

Pre-workout fuel: leftover non-fat plain yogurt and Kashi Warm Cinnamon cereal

Dinner: Shrimp and Spinach salad with lime vinaigrette (ahhhh, refreshing)

Have you ever wondered what a 5-year-old abandoned sack of potatoes looked like?

Wonder no more


The urge to bake came upon me.  Whole wheat oatmeal chocolate chip cookies (made with unsweetened applesauce of course!).

They taste good with ice cream.  Then again, what doesn’t taste good with ice cream 🙂
